i need somebody help to guide me on how to write a programme in vb6 which can convert pdu format to a normal messages.

im a beginner in vb6.i already looked at the sample in the website but it too advance.i cnt understand the flow of the prog.I need to know what is the commands that can do it.

Somebody pls help me
