Quick rep point question

I checked my rep points today and i noticed that the latest one that was given to me has a square next to it that's not green like the rest. What does this mean? The comment was positive so could this mean that they made a positive comment but clicked dissapprove by accident? Thanks.

If it's Green it's positive, if it's Red it's negative, if it's Gray the user doesn't have the minimum of 20 posts to rate a post and actually count...
