Inclination points?

Whenver a person rates someones posts, he/she is giving the poster either positive or negative posts.

So, shouldn't the trend of how a user rates others be somehow visibly reflected?

I propose that this could be a persons Inclination Rating, based upon the cumulative points they give out to others.

Lou how would you go about implementing this? Would it be like an inclination ratio? +/- where the higher the number the more of a + inclination.
