I want to make an application in Vb.net that keeps on running at the Taskbar and whenever i click any link in the Internet Explorer, my application tells me that Link.

For example if i click the link http://www.abcd.com/edf/ghi.jpg
my application shows a messagbox in which i have the following Message.

"http://www.abcd.com/edf/ghi.jpg"
