There are lots of hits on Google. Here's one, but you have to register before you get the file. http://www.driverguide.com/
Depending on it's age, check the manufacturer first, if they don't have any available, then driverguide is your best bet.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)
You tried the sys website? http://www.sis.com/download/ you might also find its a part of the motherboard drivers so look for the motherboard name drivers
