Okay I have WIndows ME and Windows 2000 Pro CD's - Which shall I use?

I have both the Windows ME and Windows 2000 Professional CD's. Which shall I install or shall I use a dual boot system between the two??

Well I am a home user, just on a peer to peer nework with 5 other machines. No domains at all? So what do I use.
