i want to make an answering machine type program, and i want to play a wav file over the phone line, and read back from the line (to interpret tones and record msgs etc) does anyone have any ideas on the best way to do this? ie. whether to use the comm control? how to play the wav to the line? how to record a wav from the line? how to interpret the tones? etc any ideas greatly appreciated..
