How do you get the tags to work in a signature?

Re: fontsize tags in signature??
The same way you do in a post. [ size=1]
What I've never been able to figure out is how you type out the tags without the layout taking place, i.e., [ vbcode] without the code window appearing and without the space in the first tag.

Re: fontsize tags in signature??
Ok - I was leaving off the part - never occurred to me that without the "off" keyword it was going to ignore my "on" keyword!
seemed to make it really large... What are you using in your sig?

Use size 1 to give it that "professional" look

Ok - they are not real fontsize values! Where did a scale of 1 to 7 ever come from?
7 is obviously for when I'm really mad!

Re: fontsize tags in signature??
The Size=1, blah, blah, blah comes from HTML. I use 1 & 2 in my sig. 2 is the fontsize that the post text is in.

Re: fontsize tags in signature??
How do you type on the tag names complete with brackets without actually envoking that tag style.
For instance, if I wanted to tell someone to use [ vbcode] to format their code, how would I to that, but without putting in the space I put in the first tag and not have actually envoke the tag. I see this being done in several signatures, but I've no idea how.

Thank you Mr. Bond. Now I believe I will have that tag; shaken, not stirred.

Re: fontsize tags in signature??
I just used that trick to "sneak" my signature down two blank lines - which was something I was never able to do before.

Your right there with us too
You could have used coloring to hide line spacing characters too

I'm still trying to understand the subtle point of the secretion misspelling here!
