Need help with file association

Ok, i made a stupid mistake and deleted my icon editor. Now when ever i double click on an .ico file, it says it cant find the program (cuz i deleted it!), How do i set it so when i double click on a .ico file, it will open with VC++'s icon editor?

Double click My Computer, click the view menu, choose options. Click the file types tab. Find your .ico icon file type in the list and click edit. You'll figure it out from there I'm sure ;)
