regsvr32 not working

everytime i am trying to execute my regsvr32.exe an error occurs telling me that "No dll name specified" and when i want to put a dll file into my regsvr32.exe by drg and drop an error occurs telling me that (wnaspi32.dll was loaded but the registryentrypoint was not found,Dllregisterserver may be exported or a corrupt version of the dll may be in memory.
Does somebody can help me with that..
