    Loading screen

    can anyone tell me how to create a loading screen like a loading splash screen

    Start a new project and use the VB application Wizard. At the end of the wizard, check the check box that includes a Splash screen. Once the wizard is done, look at how the spalsh screen is called. This will give you the basic idea of how to do your own.
