what's a pajama party?
no smart-aleck answers, i beg of you.
Its usually when a bunch of girls get together and sleep at one girls house.....
guys can do it too, but I don't like to think about that
;)
that's a slumber party, dennis. i thought that that was what a pajama party was but somebody told me that it was called a slumber party, so i guess a pajama party's something else.
Sorry,
forgot.. :o
all the girls have to come to the party naked... No, that was my perfect party, that I would like very much..
a pajama party is mainly for little girls, they were those dumb bunny footed pajamas.....

Count me in the girls slumber party! ;)
Too late,
I am already there....
well Ok, you can come... but you can only watch when there is 2 girls doing it...
and well.. ummm.... if I see you naked, I'll kick your ass....
that's nice, you guys..you having these fantasies about girls being naked together, but, uh, you still haven't given me a valid definition of a pajama party.
oh, well, at least i stimulated your minds..;)

I think it is the same thing...slumber party, pajama party
at either one the girls talk about guys..unless it's a bunch of lesbians...in either case YES!!!! Slamming beavers!!!
YEAH!
that would be cool :D
http://www.slumberparty.com pictures of chicks in various night wear, with Dennis naked in the background........ahem........no......aaaarrrggghhhhh.......no one in cyberspace can hear you scream.
how about
http://www.lesbianslumberparty.com pictures of naked chicks doing things......ahem.......do lesbians wear nighties etc or do they just go to bed in their doc martins and overalls.
Hmmm good idea, lets register those sites, and put that content up... well excpept for the part about me being naked in the background.... people wouldn't like that too much.

Ooooh I'd like it Dennis! :D
Where's Wonder Woman? *Chuckle*
What's a good kick off point to learn java. We have a couple of java guys doing cool things, but am a bit worried when they finish whose gonna support the code.
Yeap register the sites, and wait for the money to roll in.
Javascript is pretty easy
http://www.htmlgoodies.com has 30 good tutorials on learning the basics...
its pretty much like C++.. just different... ;)
In a while(maybe tomorow) I can search for and gather some good javascrit sites....
then I'll post them here
Dennis
Thanks dude

Jethro - was gonna say that too when I saw the thread topic but just couldn't fit it into the conversation ;)
Anyway, JavaScript's pretty easy if you've done anything with C-style syntax. It's basically C++ with loose typing - everything's a variant.
If you're going to write some for yourself then I'd recommend you get yourself a book on it and sit it next to you as a function/object model reference. I hate just using the internet for references like that, you can't just flip pages like you can with a book.
Oh yeah, and JavaScript is apparently very different to Java. Never tried Java myself but I can tell you that JavaScript is basically C++ for browsers but with no data types, only variants.
I also have a book.... written by the author of HTML goodies...
:)
But, I learned javascript from the website, and learned a few extra things from the book.
http://www.javascripts.com
http://www.javascript.com
and ummm, I found this place
http://www.webreference.com/js/resources/
Lots of links :)
Ok, not that many... but its almost 7 Am here, and i have to go to school soon, I'll find some more links when I get home.

slumber party, pyjama party same thing, except maybe they think that a pyjama party is where you go to a party (like with music and stuff) in your PJs.
i prefer denniswrenn idea. carpet lickers woo hoo.

ah, yes.
although realization has dawned on me on but a later time, i finally came to terms with why i'm being called stupid.
guess i deserve it.
so, call me a *****, but...
he he. ;)

Apparently the stuff is written in Java not Java script. Basically grabs some information from a Unix box in xml format and crams it over to AppleOS and Wintel with formatting, verification etc.
Looks like some sort of C hybrid.
Therefore need good intro book and possibly learning edition of Java, (agree with Harry regarding books). We tried out the Borland one and decided it was a load of crap.

Thanks. you gave new light as to how one should treat my subject line. and don't worry..laughter is good whether or not it's at my expense, as long as the objective of laughing isn't to ridicule and belittle me or anyone else.
