OS made in Vb 5.0

Im saw a Qbasic program who was awsome, it was a Oparating System fully created in Qbasic. It gote graphics like Windows. The coolest think was that it have it own programming language, who was fully functional.

Now I gote that idea. Is that pasable that somone will
like to help me create a OS who is created in Vb 5 or 6.
I was thinking about systen like BeOS but not so good.

In theory, its impossible to write a true OS without using machine code, but anyway, you can do a coooool emulation with VB. I had one once, all that's left is the programming language. Its cool, but a full "OS" would be cooler. I would love this project.
