Does anyone knows about the dll or any activeX control which will convert the Mpeg/Avi to swf?

There isn't any free control on internet, so you should start creating yours or buy one!

I always use Moyea Flash Video MX (http://www.swfkits.com/video_to_flash/index.html) to do that, you can try it.

Although these are good suggestions and I use Moyea too but I dont believe I have ever seen a ocx control for this.
