I want to add a language to the windows (new keyboard layout). (While setup progress or in the first execution of my VB application)
How should I do it?! Should I change only some entries in the windows registry? Or install (copy and register) some DLLs? Is there any windows tool for installing a language?
how about RightToLeft languages?
