I offically quit smoking today!!! hehe cold turkey all the way baby... in 2 hours it will be one full day without a smoke! even though i am craving like a mad dog for a smoke i cant have one...no way.

It's amazing...it's only been one day and i already feel better:):):):):):)

(My father stopped smoking too, last week :))

Day three and still getting the odd craving from time to time. The first day was easy, the second day real painful.

Keep it up dude...think of all the cash you will save, and the taxes the government wont rope in....hehehehehehehehe

If i can recall how life is..(and the government) the money i save from not smoking will go somewhere else that it shouldnt go... hehe

The only hard part that i can foresee..is the weekend...
thats when i party with all my friends..and ALL OF THEM SMOKE! ..hehe i think to help myself fight the urge... i will buy myself a nice bottle of jack daniles and some coke
..then i will be to drunk to care about smoking!! yeah ..maybe if i keep telling myself that it would work!! HA!:)

One way i am fighting the cravings...is to just exercise..
it seems to work:)
