VB Code:
Option Explicit
Private Declare Function ShellExecute Lib "shell32.dll" Alias "ShellExecuteA" _
(ByVal hwnd As Long, ByVal lpOperation As String, _
ByVal lpFile As String, ByVal lpParameters As String, _
ByVal lpDirectory As String, ByVal nShowCmd As Long) As Long
Private Const SW_NORMAL = 1
Private Sub Command1_Click()
ShellExecute 0, "Open", "http://www.google.com", 0&, App.Path, SW_NORMAL
End Sub

Yes, you may be right. But both constants have the same value, so it doesn't really matter.
