Information via internet to VB6 by the use of a DLL call

Dear VB users,

Sometimes you can see the next URL on internet:

http://www.thisismine.com/test.dll/MyInfo

How can I get the information "MyInfo" in my VB routine?
The DLL file will be placed on our internet server.

Can someone advise books / sites to get information how to do this?
