    I'm almost sure the answer to that is 'no'. However, you can ask PayPal if they accept that form of payment. I know those cards are mainly UK, and if I remember right there is a specific list of shops that accept those. If you can get a reloadable card that carries the visa logo you would have a much wider range of shops you can use it.

    I didnt know splashplastic was still used, but i do know ebay doesnt use it
