Dear All,

There is a delphi program which calls OLE to start MS Word. It works smooth on Windows 2000 but, in some windows XP PCs, it sometimes freezes for about 20 seconds before performing the normal operation.

In the freezing period, other application also stopped to respond. However, not all Windows XP PCs behave in such a strange manner.

Is there any way to solve this.
