incert file to project

is there a way to incert an EXE into my project to export to a directory?

i am making a patch for a program, and i want to make one file (my exe) and use it to export this file to a spacified directory.

or i could just have it edit one of the exe's dialog properties.

any seggestions?

I added another .exe to the P&D wizard. The other .exe gets placed in the app.path, so I can have users use it if they don't have email setup, and want to register their program.
