Greetings,
Even though this website is usually for coders, I need graphic artists, if you have pointers on where else I may find some... please point them out! :D
I am starting a lucrative organisation that develops games mainly. We will also develop applications, but these don't require as much talented graphic artists.
You do NOT need to have 74 diplomas to work for us, we believe in talent, not university degrees. We would appreciate a portfolio of examples of your artwork.
In a portfolio, artwork from scratch is evaluated better than edited photos or blended images that aren't from your creation.
What we expect from you:
- Having talented graphic conception skills
- Being able to draw a character from different angles
- Being able to do 3D modelling
- Have a basic knowledge of modern graphical edition softwares
If you are interested in the organisation reputation and informations:
- Title hasn't 'been decided yet, looking for copyrights... -Dream Forgery- is most probable
- Established in Canada
- We believe in equaty, EVERYBODY gets paid the same, From the highest rank to the lowest
- We also believe that everybody gets paid from profit, not by scheduled basis
- We believe in democratie, you will have to vote for main events occuring, such as if someone should leave or stay in the team
- Any majority (50%+1) vote will be accepted regardless of the admins decisions
- You will have the right for your credits, your name will apear in the credits of any project you participate in.
So we need people that can do textures, 3D models, 2D graphics. These are the main abilities required, lower abilities such as designing logos and background images are also required but they must be combined with the ones mentionned before.
