Antenna and Reader

Im currently doing a project using a antenna and a reader. Is there anyway where by I can send a signal to activate a circuit which then will turn on the camera whenever 2 tags is being read by the reader at the same time. Its kind of like a survillance project. Is there any ideas which I can go about doing it? Thank you for all the help needed.

You'll need to use the PCs serial port, connected to a Serial relay board.
The Microsoft Comm Active-X control will allow you to send characters to the relay board and switch relays on and off.
