[Resolved] Classfactory error while opening a crystal report
I have been using Crystal Reports with my vb 6.0 projects for about a year now. This is the first time I have had this error happen on a users computer.
When they run the program, they get the error 'ClassFactory cannot supply requested class'
I am using video studio installer to create the install package.
In this install package, I am including all files under Windows\Crystal And all files under Program files\Seagate Software\Shared.
In the past, this would install the necessary files on the users computer to run all crystal reports in my programs.
Now, all users get this error when they install this program on their machine.
What's worse, the old programs they had installed on their machines now get the same error!
I've done some searches on this error, but I cannot find any posts where this has happend with a cyrstal report.
Anyone have any ideas on what's causing this?
Thanks
