Currency rates

Hey guys, hope I am on the correct board. I am wondering whether any of you know a quick way using VB I can get up-to-date currency rates. I cannot find anywhere in which it just stores them in simple text files for me to download using VB.

Any ideas?

Try searching here (http://www.xmethods.net/), they used to have some free web services that could return currency exchange rates online.
