getting started with .net
maybe a dumb questions, is this the right studio to get started with .net?

Well that the software i am using but its suspiciously too cheap, MS sells it at 1000 USD.

A couple weeks ago, somebody posted on VBF wondering why his VS.NET wasn't installing properly. Turned out, he had gotten it off eBay and the seller never gave him a serial number, or it was missing, or something of that sort.
So basically, it's a risk.
