Users logging in to the same desktop

In Windows 95 and 98 you could make it so that all users could just type in their own name and password and log into a single common Desktop. Can you do this in Windows XP Home or Pro ?

I don't want each user have their own personalized Desktop...

You can setup NT based OSs (2000, XP, 2003 etc.) to automatically log in on statup & therefore force all the people who use the machine to look at the same windows profile by going to google & looking for the free download application Microsoft makes called TweakUI.
