    Submit website to search Engine

    I made a website for my company. It is a small company for now and I don't really want to spend a lot on advertising.I want to know if there is any website where we could submit for free or nominal amout to put our website into some search engines.

    you can go around to all the of the search engines and submit it yourself.
    google
    yahoo
    alta vista
    hot dog
    lycos
    I think that should about cover it. Most other search websites use one or more of the above to drive their results.

    thats fine but you need to put it in the correct forum (which I did for you)

    do a google search for robots.txt and see what comes up
