Hey all, just curious.
We have a new network administrator that has revoked my poweruser status on my primary development machine. From now on, everytime I want to register a .dll or an .ocx or test an installation package etc. I will have to submit a service request and justify the action.
Is this normal?
Do any of you have to work under the same restrictions? Would you stand for it?
Please give me some feedback so I can formulate an argument and get my permissions restored.
Thanks,
