Is there a way to create a program wich can strip the HTTP referrer from a browser (especially Internet Explorer, because other browsers already have this function in their own software)?

So a program wich run next to the browser and strip the HTTP referrer (just like Proxomitron).

Even better would be to list the sites where you want to strip from (not all websites), but if it can be done only by stripping it from all sites it's also fine.
