I'm having a problem with file upload.

I've set the post_max_size=8M and upload_max_filesize=20M but can't upload files that are larger than 1Mb. =)
Isn't that funny?

I have no more ideas what to configure.

I'm using IIS 5.1 and PHP 4.3
