It looks nice, the "home" or "log an issue" at the bottom in big letters, but it's not intuitive enough. It'd be good if you had a description at the top so that all the dumb users in your organization know where they are. Remember, not everyone's good with them computer.

Also, consider putting a border around the menu/section on the left hand side. I didn't like the look of the empty space.

Have you made the table using percentages? Will it work at 800*600 resolutions? (Screw 640*480)

As far as web apps go, you should be proud of this work.

The GUI is top-notch and consitent of what I would expect from an issue management system.
