    XP Firewall

Does anyone know of a way to programmatically turn off the XP firewall, and likewise turn it back on once you get your traffic through? The school computers have them all on and won't let any traffic, well my traffic specifically, it isn't anything bad I am working on just a simple chat program to communicate during class. Teachers are real nazis about talking...

Initially I would think that M$ would place some kind of seurity on
it from programmatic access, but you know M$ always needing
security updates. What is the OS and SP? Hopefully not XP SP-2.
