Hey everyone,

Im in the process of making a massive app. It will have: IRC client(Lots of features), Voice chat, Media Player, Text Editor, MSN/AOL clone LIKE chat system all running off MySQL or something.

The good news:
Ive been preparing for a while so I have 2 servers to handle the work load of the app. 1 in West 1 in East(New York).

The servers will host:
-IRC Server
-Voice Server
-Chat Server
-User Data

The main idea is that the user can create a user either from the app or the app's website(Which West server hosts)

There is alot of details im still working out but i do have the main parts i believe ready.

I cant pay programmers by the HOUR or a salary. But I will share a FAIR % of any sales we get from this product. Speaking of sales the system will have banners built in so sales from the banners go towards server upkeep and left over goes to increase in comission.
I do have a graphics designer hired to do any gfx for the splash form, background, etc.

The following positions are needed:
-IRC expert / Winsock expert
-Voice / Audio over net expert
-MySQL / VB programmer
-Client / Server programmer (Winsock again)
