    Cool

I've got this STOOPID book with 1000 pages that I read this summer but it still leaves out too much information. The practice Transcender test has questions that go into more detail than the book.

For instance, the book I'm using has about 5 pages of material on Callbacks yet the Transcender test has 2-3 questions out of 70 that asks very detailed questions about using a Callback with a server/client app. Needless to say, I get those questions WRONG. =)

The same is true for the package and deployment wizard. I can run through the basics, but the questions go into rather "specialized" detail IMHO.

Letme know what you think about this problem.

    Thumbs up

I am currently studying from the Sybex VB Desktop set. There is a Study Guide and a Test Success book. I think that they have done well for me, but I haven't taken the exam yet, because I am still about 74% on the transcender. Although I think my main prob is actually getting what the questions mean. I will let you know once I take the test, about two weeks I think.

    Smile certs

Many of my coleagues say the book put by NEW RIDERS in combination with the transender test is the best way to pass 70-176 and 70-175. The sucess rate was about 80% pass on the first try.

One of the best certification software out there is Transcender. According to some sources, Transcender is the company that has test exam software 90% close to the real ones.
