Classic ASP versus ASP.NET
Hello People,
At work we are contemplating the move from Classic ASP to ASP.NET.
We have alot of major ASP web applications which have been developed over the years, and moving to ASP.NET would entail an enormous amount of work, in what would basically be us re-engineering these applications to .NET.
What I would basically like from you guys is some pointers to resources out there that can tell me the advantages/disadvantages of re-engineering current classic ASP applications into .NET
I know abit about .NET, but as we are not starting an application from scratch, I need to know what benefits we would have in re-engineering our products, that work very well in classic ASP.
Hope I have made myself clear in what I am after.
Thanks for any responses.
Alan...

Personally I would migrate page by page from ASP to ASP.Net
There's no comparison between the two, ASP.Net is far far superior.
So yeah, I would slowly migrate page by page until you've no classic asp pages left...
