    A 3d line is not possible (i don't think). You would have to have 3 lines. Two that willdbe side by side, as close as possible and the third will be in the middle. the two side by side lines should be black and the other should be a lighter colour.
    I'm not an artist...but that's the only thing i can think of right now.

    If you mean a projection of a line in three dimension on the screen, i can help...
