Red face IE "Save Picture as ..." dialog window

Help me, please!!! Internet Explorer Automation question:
Does anyone know how can I programmatically call "Save Picture as" standard dialog window from my proc? It can be called manually by clicking right button and selecting from popup menu.
I know html window hwnd and img.src.
For some reasons I need to check & modify manually long string value which is taken as image filename untill the code won't be checkouted.

Not the best forum for this type of question. I would suggest
making a new thread in the Classic VB forum. You should get a
better response there. This forums is for VBA programming. VBA is
    for MS Office application programming.
