I tried following on MSDN article:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q183/6/07.ASP&NoWebContent=1

But Things don't seem right. From the article:

1) Run DCOMCNFG.EXE.

Check

2) From the Applications tab, select the DCOM Server application (which will be represented by its ProgID - a friendly name, such as "Your DCOM Server") or by its CLSID (a GUID - Globally Unique Identifier) such as {5BD7512F-3F2B-11D0-B4D2-02E0C911A7B1}).

Uhh I don't see an Applications tab.

This is what I see:

try opening DCOM, config, right click in the right pane and then select "detailed view"

Then the list changes in the Name & GUID list
