simple stored procedure...

just out of wacko curiosity (dont really have a great use for stored procedures, since my sql statements are like 1 or 2 lines max

but anyone be kind and give exacts steps on how to create a store procedure, and how to set it up with ado to run..

and is it possible to use them with access to?
