    Question

    Dear All,

    How do I create a simple program that will check a series of directories every 15 seconds or so, then activate the appropriate program for the file that shows up in one of the directories?

    Example code will help get me started.

    A Timer COntrol, the DIR$ command and a couple of IF statements. Followed by the shell() command to execute
