This is veryveryvery important.
Does anybody know where I can find a calculator program that:
1) Calculates in Hexidecimal and
2) Converts Hex to Binary and Vice Versa.

Try the windows calculator....
[Start] -> [Programs] -> [Accessories] -> [Calculator]

you obviously havent looked too far!
open the windows calculator and go to the view menu, then select Scientific.
there will be 4 option buttons on the top row, click DEC and type "1234", then click on the option button marked "HEX", the display should change to "4D2", which is the HEX notation for 1234.
Hows this?
