Resolution woes

Alright, I just noticed an interesting "feature" for Excel 97:

Start excel and place a combo box, put a few items in it.
Change your screen resolution
Click on the combo box a few times.. just mess around with it

If some random circumstance is fulfilled, the combo box will grow/shrink, OR the text in it will grow/shrink OR... (needless to say, the feature is very unpredictable)

Is this a known bug? How can I avoid it?:(

I think the "screen resolution" bit is the key.
Excel seems to have all sorts of problems surrounding this with anything other than 100%.

Anything other than 100%? I'm talking about your computer/monitor resolution setting (800*600, 1024*768, etc) not the zoom setting in excel.
