    Call Center management systems...

    Does anyone know of any professional call center management systems or consoles available?

    Trying to find a good one is proving impossible!

    What kind of Call centre are we talking about? They are probably taylor made for most cases but if its a general field then there could be one that already exists .

    Try searching the web for an ITIL application. There are many different, but they are all too complicated , but you might find what you need
    VB6 & C# (WCF LINQ) mostly
