I'm looking for intermediate- expert programmer to help build a virtual message board/forum.

This would be a 3- dimensional place to visit, where you enter the lobby with your own chosen customized character etc. There would be various customizable rooms, depending on the theme of the message board. Optional speech recognition, and text to speech will be included. Sound files can also be played.

I have saved most of my work in, turbo cad files.
The program in theory could work alone, or in conjunction with a current message board, and it's text.
