You have to write a CPL-File (a DLL with a special entry-point) This is not possible with VB because VB is only able to create ActiveX-Dlls, not "real" Dlls. With VC this is no problem. Write the CPL-file, copy it to the system-dir, make a reboot and then you can see it. Ask for further help...
