Uploading Screenprint

I thought that I saw this somewhere, but I can't find it.
I tried to find a place to upload .jpg or other file, but couldn't.
I tried to past them into a post, but it doesn't work.
Any simple ways that don't require a web service?

attach them using the "Attach file:" feature that is below the box for entering messages.
