I need a Quick registry lesson

Ive looked at the tutorials, and cant find what im looking for. Im looking for a way to save the contents of a listbox, with the click of a button. Then i have another listbox, and another button. After saving the list, be able to choose a selection from the second box(assume theres only 1 selection possible), press the second button, and then, have the info loaded into the first listbox.

If it were me, I would skip the registry and write to a text file. If you havn't done that yet, check out the Open command in VB's help.
