Graphic Designer Wanted (free advertising as pay)

Hi everyone, your friendly fellow webmaster and VBer Xenonic Rob here!
I was wondering if there are any good graphic designers out there who wouldn't mind designing some icons for me, for my web site. Not many, just eight. As a thank you, when my site is launched, I will display a button for your site on the navigation menu which stays static throughout the users duration to my site. A great offer if you ask me!!
