FF 0.9.2 Plugin Issue

I have installed the Shockwave Plugin for Firefox 0.9.2 but it is still asking me to download all .swf files.

Anyone else having this problem?

Have you specified in Windows Explorer's file associations that .swf files are opened by FireFox?

I shouldn't need to. When I do it just comes up with the download dialog box again. The plugin works in Netscape, FF 0.9.1 and Internet Explorer - just not 0.9.2
